Basic performance requirements of the clean transfer window 1. Cleanliness requirements in laminar flow transfer window: Class B; 2. Double shell inside and outside, internal arc processing, to ensure seamless connection; 3. Negative pressure laminar flow design, air flow direction adopts up supply and down return mode, side return air adopts 304 stainless steel cold-rolled plate punching design, and reinforcement is set; 4. Filter: primary filter adopts G4, high efficiency H14 is adopted for the filter, with an efficiency of 99.99%; 5. Wind speed: after passing the high-
efficiency filter, the air speed is controlled at 0.3-0.4m/s(tested at the place 150 mm below the high-efficiency air flow equalizing plate); 6. Differential pressure function: display the filter differential pressure (range 0-500pa, high efficiency) with an accuracy of ± 5pa; 7. Control function: start and stop button of the fan, equipped with a built-in electronic door interlock; set the ultraviolet lamp, and design a separate switch; 8. The high efficiency filter can be disassembled and installed separately from the upper box to facilitate the maintenance and replacement of the filter; 9. The upper part of the transfer window is provided with an access port for the maintenance of the fan; 10. Noise: the noise of the transfer window during normal operation is less than 65dB; 11. The high efficiency outlet current sharing plate: 304 stainless steel mesh plate.
