Negative Pressure Weighing Booth

The equipment is composed of a working area, a return air box, a fan box, an air outlet box, and an external box. The control panel is located in the front of the working area inside the equipment. The control panel adopts the light-touch LCD control panel (or frequency converter), which can control the start and stop of the fan, adjust the working condition of the fan, and
adjust the wind speed required in the working area; beside it is a differential pressure gauge to test the resistance of the filter; a waterproof five hole socket and a light switch. There is also an exhaust regulating board in the air supply box, which can adjust the exhaust of the equipment. The air volume is within a reasonable range. Working principle: the equipment adopts the gas form of vertical unidirectional flow. The return air shall be pre-filtered by the primary effect filter first, and the large particle dust particles in the air flow shall be removed. The air after pre-treatment shall be re-filtered by the intermediate effect filter, so as to fully protect the high efficiency filter.

Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, the high- efficiency filter meets the cleaning requirements. The clean air flow is sent to the air supply box, 90% of which is through the uniform air supply mesh plate to form the uniform vertical air supply, and 10% of which is discharged from the equipment through the air volume regulating plate.
All air flows are treated by high efficiency filter, so the air supply and exhaust are free of residual dust, avoiding secondary pollution. Due to the stable unidirectional flow in the working area, the dust emitted in this area will be affected by unidirectional airflow. Along with the air flow, it is caught by primary and intermediate efficiency filters. The equipment is equipped with 10% exhaust air, thus forming a negative pressure relative to the external environment, to a certain extent, ensuring that the dust in this area will not spread to the outdoors, playing a role in protecting the external environment.
