Its intelligent control system with a built-in microcomputer chip allows adjustable opening and closing speeds and hold times, maintaining optimal operation for long periods. Safety is enhanced with anti-pinch sensing devices and automatic reverse function— the door immediately retreats when encountering obstacles, eliminating clamping risks, and is fitted with an electric lock for controlled personnel access.
The door’s airtight design, with full-perimeter sealing strips and a bottom lifting seal system, effectively blocks airborne particles and microbial transmission, preserving the cleanroom’s air quality and pressure difference. It is widely applied in bio-pharmaceutical, electronics, food processing, and hospital clean areas like operating rooms and ICUs, with customizable configurations including induction types, view windows, and surface materials to match different functional zone requirements.
