The electric cleanroom door is a specialized access solution engineered for contamination-controlled environments, designed to maintain airtightness and streamline traffic flow in cleanroom settings. It features two main structural designs: upper load-bearing and lower load-bearing, both adaptable to various factory building structures and compatible with new construction or renovation projects of cleanrooms. The door supports electric and manual dual-operation modes, with a manual switching force of less than 60N, ensuring easy operation even during power outages, and is equipped with a backup power option for continuous running as needed.
Powered by a high-efficiency DC brushless motor and tooth-shaped synchronous belt drive, the door operates smoothly with low noise and stable performance, suitable for high-frequency use. Its intelligent control system with a built-in microcomputer chip allows adjustable opening and closing speeds and hold times, maintaining optimal operation for long periods. Safety is enhanced with anti-pinch sensing devices and automatic reverse function— the door immediately retreats when encountering obstacles, eliminating clamping risks, and is fitted with an electric lock for controlled personnel access.
The door’s airtight design, with full-perimeter sealing strips and a bottom lifting seal system, effectively blocks airborne particles and microbial transmission, preserving the cleanroom’s air quality and pressure difference. It is widely applied in bio-pharmaceutical, electronics, food processing, and hospital clean areas like operating rooms and ICUs, with customizable configurations including induction types, view windows, and surface materials to match different functional zone requirements.
